The Northern Light^® Eclipse Cap Lamp is a state-of-the-art, compact unit that integrates the latest lighting and battery technologies.

An ultra-bright LED lamp produces a brilliant 2,500 to 3,000 lux output from a lightweight lithium ion battery, resulting in excellent long distance viewing in a narrow beam. Optics of the Eclipse Cap Lamp are specifically designed for underground mining. A secondary LED light source is ideal for softer, close-up viewing needs. While the Eclipse discharge time is rated to 12 hours, its actual discharge time is greater than 20 hours.
