Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. is a Canadian based mineral exploration project generator. The Company’s focus is to acquire early stage exploration opportunities and deliver them drill target ready to joint venture partners. The Company currently holds multiple property interests in Ontario and is primarily focused on shear hosted gold and base metals properties with associated gold and silver credits.

Rainy Mountain’s VP of Exploration and Qualified Person, Robert Middleton, P.Eng., is located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Mr. Middelton’s qualifications and established track record in Ontario assists the Company in identifying prospective, early stage exploration properties in the gold and base metal rich regions of Ontario.

Rainy Mountain is constantly reviewing new potential exploration projects and will continue its efforts to acquire, explore and enhance joint venture exploration properties, with the objective of increasing shareholder value.
