Xenocs is a leading provider of X-ray scattering equipment (SAXS/WAXS) for nanoscale characterization of materials. Founded in 2000 as a spin-off from the Institut Laue-Langevin, Xenocs initially offered innovative X-ray sources, optics, and collimation solutions for nanomaterial characterization. In 2008, the company introduced its first X-ray scattering equipment, setting new standards for laboratory-based SAXS.

Xenocs has consistently focused on delivering value through high-performance, user-friendly designs, fostering close collaborations with both academic and corporate clients. The 2016 acquisition of SAXSLAB, with operations in Denmark and Massachusetts, established Xenocs as the world's leading provider of SAXS equipment.
