Agrona

Agrona is an innovating company working on green based composites. Agrona is offering its new technology in manufacturing chipboard. The chipboard accounts for 60% of the global wood-based panel products and its market size in Egypt is more than 1 billion EGP, growing by double every year in the last decade, 90% of current consumption is covered by imports.

Our new technology is a result of more than 6 years of R&D in the field of engineering woods. Agrona's new solution reduces the manufacturing cost by more than 30% of the current process and solves most of the problems that faces local manufacturers such as seasonality, high energy consumption and low quality. In Agrona we have established partnerships with local manufacturers and we are currently working on starting the manufacturing process on a factory scale.

To contribute in the industrial resonance in Egypt and saving hard currency by being the market share leader in Egypt, middle east and Africa, and taking a position between the world's biggest manufacturers and exporters of green composites material and also, saving our environment and developing rural communities.

Our Mission

Applying science and effort, we learnt to put our vision into effect by introducing a new approach through which we can produce highly valued chipboard to satisfy our markets’ needs and provide them with top quality that meets the international standards. This will be through utilizing and benefiting from our wasted resources.
