PEPS® II-VX - a Digital Non-Contacting, Height Control and Active Vibration Cancellation System

PEPS^® II-VX is an isolation system co-developed for ultra-precision machining by Precitech and industry experts TMC. PEPS^® II-VX is a digitally operated, non-contacting, height control and active vibration cancellation system.

The system is available either as part of a new Preicitech machine, or as a retrofit on an existing Precitech system.

PEPS^® II-VX uses Precitech’s established pneumatic vibration isolation technology to remove the need for a mechanical height control valve and height sensing linkage. This allows PEPS^® II-VX to be the first ever active on-machine system for precision leveling and vibration isolation.
