The Fog Cannon has been designed to tackle the problem of airborne dust particles generated by open mining activities, general demolition work and bulk material handling.
The Fog Cannon has been shown to suppress up to 95% of airborne dust particles. The NFC30 is ideal for suppressing dust where it is generated in high concentrations at easily defined point sources such as discharging onto stockpiles, discharging into ships, reclaiming from stockpiles, dumping, crushing and loading/unloading trucks. A Fog Cannon pointed directed at the point source of dust is able to quickly suppress it before it can disperse.
When selecting a model it is important to take into consideration the amount of dust as well as throw distance. For many short distances NFC40/80 is a better option as when operated as a 40m throw unit it is very aggressive in its dust suppression.
