Structural and Feature of Impact Breaker

The materials bump with each other when sent between the impact plate and the plate hammer. The materials become loose, cracked and then comminuted by knocking at the plate hammer. The materials with grain size smaller than the gap between impact plate and plate hammer will be discharged.

The impact crusher has a unique structure, keyless connection, high-chromium plating hammer and special impact liner plate and can perform highly efficient hard rock crushing while saving energy; the product is in the shape of a cube and the discharge grain size is adjustable to simplify the crushing circuit.

Working Principle of Impact Crusher

Once the materials enter the field of the hammer, it is impacted by the hammers, thrown onto the impact plate, and crushed. The stuff springs from the impact plate, is impacted by the hammers again, and thrown onto impact plate. This process lasts until the stuff meets the equirement and falls from the machine. Adjusting the distance between the rotor frame and the impact frame can change the size and shape of the output. When the machine counters foreign stuff, there will be a fallback in the impact frame and the stuff will fall from the machine. This ensures that the device is not damaged.
