Edible Oil Analysis – the minispec mq-one Solid Fat Content Analyzer
The mq-one SFC Analyzer available from Bruker can be used to determine solid fat content (SFC) in the edible oil industry. SFC standards offer the basis for a reliable and traceable operation for each SFC method. The minispec systems perform checks on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance for the SFC determination. The SFC determination is described in well-known International Standard Methods: AOCS Cd 16b-93, ISO 8292 and IUPAC 2.150. The mq-one SFC Analyzer offers an optimum solution for these official methods.
In addition, mq series products are available for a combination of SFC analysis with additional applications, such as determination of droplet size distributions or Total Fat Content.
