Concentris provides analytical instruments for the detection of molecules and measurement of molecular interactions. At the heart of our instruments are micromechanical cantilevers allowing breakthrough analysis in areas such as medical diagnostics, drug discovery, surface chemistry and environmental monitoring.

Concentris develops and commercializes leading edge analytical instruments furthering research and application development of cantilever sensor technology.

Founded in 2000 and based in Basel, Switzerland, Concentris assembles an outstanding team of specialists in the field of nanoscience and cantilever technology. The company's scientific staff has gathered its knowledge working at Prof. Dr. H.-J. Güntherodt's National Competence Center for Nanoscale Science (NCCR) in Basel and at the IBM Research Laboratory in Rüschlikon/Zurich.

In 2003, Concentris won the Swiss Technology Award for its innovative Cantisens® Research cantilever sensor platform.
