Albis Optoelectronics AG is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative optoelectronic components.

Albis Optoelectronics offers high-speed single-channel and array photodiode bare dies for datacom and telecom wavelengths. The diversified product portfolio supports 2.5, 10 and 40 Gb/s communication links as well as analog microwave applications. The technology allows for various custom-specific modifications or for fully customized designs.

Albis Optoelectronics services include micro-technology development and processing, design, prototyping and production of optical thin film coatings as well as qualification services following Telcordia requirements.

Albis Optoelectronics was established in 2003 based on more than 20 years of expertise in technology and product design, following the acquisition of a former Opto Speed business line. The fab in Rüschlikon near Zürich includes a 2000 square-feet clean room and an extensive qualification lab. The company is registered in Zürich, Switzerland.
