AccuFiz Infrared Interferometers for IR Optics and Precision Surfaces

AccuFiz infrared interferometers deliver precise measurements of IR optics and precision surfaces. These infrared laser interferometers are well-suited for measuring concave, convex, and afocal IR components, along with infrared telescopes and lens systems. Their capability to capture high slopes enables the measurement of aspherical optics without needing a holographic element.

AccuFiz IR interferometers come equipped with standard features, including a touch-screen remote and fully motorized controls. The optional dynamic measurement mode allows for measurements to be taken despite vibration and air turbulence without needing an air table. Only AccuFiz offers Smart Zoom^™ to guarantee precise lateral resolution across the full 1×–10× zoom range. Diffraction-limited imaging provides exceptional resolution, especially at mid-spatial frequencies, enabling the detection of polishing artifacts that other interferometers may miss.
