The short coherence mode of the AccuFiz Duo facilitates dynamic on-axis measurements through patented technology. By employing a single camera and a high-speed phase sensor, it swiftly captures wavefront measurements in just 150 microseconds. This ensures highly accurate measurements, even in the presence of vibration and turbulence.
The short coherence length source allows for the measurement of plane parallel glass surfaces with a thickness as low as 0.2 mm, without requiring coating on either surface to eliminate unwanted fringes.
This technology finds applications in remote cavity measurements, testing index homogeneity, and testing in environmental chambers. An internal system, characterized by its speed and automation, enables rapid scanning to locate and isolate each surface efficiently.

The AccuFiz Duo features anadditional long coherence source that uses a stabilized HeNe laser and operates with all the benefits of a standard phase-shifting Fizeau interferometer. This long coherence mode facilitates extensive cavity measurements and offers a spatial carrier dynamic mode for vibration and turbulence mitigation.It is also useful for standard radius of curvature measurements. The 632.8nm HeNe source facilitates measurements with digital holograms.

Large Aperture Options
Accessories for 4D large optics are fully compatible with the AccuFiz Duo. These mounts and beam expanders come in 12-inch (300 mm), 18-inch (450 mm), and 24-inch (600 mm) options, making it easy to handle and measure large optics.
Kinematic mounting allows users to use the interferometer with the accessories, remove it to use in stand-alone mode, and then return it to the beam expander without the need for any realignment.
