The 508 PV™ microscope spectrophotometer adds spectroscopy and digital color imaging to optical microscopes and probe stations. It can also be used to replace outdatedmicrospectrometers with advanced optics, electronics, and software.
The 508 PV™ connects to an open photoport, enabling users to collectreflectance,transmission, polarization, fluorescence spectra, and luminescence spectra of microscopic samples with a correctly equipped microscope.
The 508 PV™ spectrophotometer features CRAIC’s Lightblades™ spectrophotometer technology. It has an applicablespectral range that extends from ultraviolet to near-infrared.Users can quickly, easily, and non-destructively obtain high-quality spectra of even sub-micron samples with the 508 PV™.
The508 PV™ microscope spectrophotometer is perfect fora wide range of applications, including colorimetry of pixels on flat panel displays, reflectometry of vitrinite coal and source rock, and thin film thickness measurements of semiconductors and optics. Replacing outdated microspectrometers with the most recent hardware and software is also affordable with the 508 PV™.
