The xrFuse 1 from XRF Scientific is a robust machine that allows for the seamless sample preparation of fused glass beads for XRF and ICP solutions. This instrument expands the company’s industry-leading electric fusion instruments that are already available in two and six positions.
The new xrFuse 1 integrates all the reliable and robust features from the xrFuse 2 and 6 into a compact machine instrument that is ideal for specialized applications or lower throughput users. Using the company’s proprietary quick change-out mechanism, customers can alternate between ICP solutions and XRF glass bead preparations within a few seconds. The unit is cold-to-cold, fully CE certified, extremely safe and easy to use.
Overview
The range of xrFuse automated electric fusion machines has been developed based on over 25 years experience of fusion technology and applications. xrFuse is equipped with the latest thermal imaging technology and is consumer tested in the world’s biggest XRF laboratories. It is developed with the customer in mind.
Zero Contamination – The holders and ceramic cradle ensure a zero contamination environment for creating beads from these sources.
Process Flexibility/ ICP – The machine is designed for both pre-heating and ICP processes. It is easy to access, control and monitor with the touch of a button.
Simple User Interface – The machine includes a simple, easy-to-use touch screen interface that offers the flexibility to manage simple operation or complex experiments.
Safe Operation – The machine’s external surfaces have been devised and developed using the latest IR technology. This ensures that all external surfaces are safe to touch. The machine is independently tested and CE certified.
