TheThermo Scientific™ Niton™ XL5 Plus Analyzeroffers users a powerful alloy verification tool. This ergonomically designed, lightweight, handheld X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer supplies excellent levels of accuracy, productivity and speed for manufacturing and metal fabrication, metal recycling, PMI inspection, and mining exploration.

The compact design permits the user to optimize the geometry between the fluorescence detector, X-ray source, and sample. This enhances the detection limits and makes measurement times quicker – particularly for light elements.
