The Cyclon offers two production rates: 4 or 8 L/hour for single-distilled water and 4 L/hour for double-distilled water. It can either dispense water directly or store it in a reservoir. Purity

The borosilicate glassware’s advanced design prevents foaming and raises purity levels, and the vapor trap effectively removes any carry-over. Quality assurance is guaranteed with the Cyclon, as the distillate is produced at the optimal temperature. The quartz-sheathed heating elements ensure that the purity of the distillate is never compromised.

Bi-Distiller Model

The Cyclon efficiently uses the bi-distillation process, sometimes called double distillation, to improve the final product's purity. This method is particularly important for life science applications where high-quality distillate is essential. Two sets of identical glassware and heaters are used in the distillation process; the first distillation is fed into the second boiler to be further distilled, guaranteeing that there are no impurities in the finished product.

Safety in Operation

The Still has a thermistor that regulates the heating process and guards against system damage to guarantee a steady water supply. To further avoid overheating, a thermal cut-out fuse is installed. The Still is designed with a spillage tray and enclosed glassware for the operator's safety.

Reliability and Ease of Use

Users can operate the Cyclon safely and without concern. When the storage reservoir is filled, an electronic float switch automatically turns the Still off. The Still is precisely controlled by a microprocessor and thermistor sensor, which makes cleaning and operation easier. The vertical boiler design reduces strain on the heating elements covered in silica and aids in preventing the accumulation of scale. The auto-drain feature helps to improve efficiency further.

Economy

A microprocessor electronically controls the highly effective water treatment device known as the Cyclon Deionizer. The Cyclon operates by pre-treating water to ensure its optimal usability. In locations where hard tap water is frequently used, pre-treated water can drastically lower the requirement for descaling the Still’s boiler. This pre-treated water is available in different formats, including reverse osmosis, deionized, or purified water, from a central piped supply or as part of the Puri-Fi pretreatment.

The system’s flow is automatically adjusted to minimize the amount of water used for cooling and cut down on water usage.

Cleaning

Maintaining high purity levels requires the user to maintain their equipment in excellent condition, but it can be laborious and time-consuming.

The automated system makes cleaning simple since no glassware needs to be disassembled. The system’s vent filter, cleaning port, and polyethene liner are intended to prevent mineral buildup on the equipment. The thermistor and microprocessor-controlled operation ensure efficiency, and the dual flush program quickly gets the equipment ready for regular use.
