Orders are often shipped the same day as they are received.

Our new web site uses the latest in encryption technology to ensure secure transactions when ordering over the internet. Online ordering is limited to the United States but we welcome all inquires. Sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to the State of Massachusetts. We recognize the importance of protecting your privacy and do not share or sell any personal information you provide to us. All orders are subject to approval.

Walter Tool Companydoes not sell internationally. You must have a valid United States address to which we can ship, in order to purchase our products. Standard shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states, not to AK or HI.

Our Return Policyprovides for a full refund on all items incorrectly shipped or defective which are returned to Walter Tool Company and received within 30 days of original order placement. Used tools will not be accepted for refund. A refund will be issued after inspection and verification that the item has met these requirements.

Any FEIN tools in need of repair should be shipped to the nearest FEIN repair center.
