VortexPro Touch Automated Multifunctional Torque Tester

The VortexPro Touch is a multi-functional torque tester that uses VectorPro software and is operated by a touchscreen console. It is accurate, simple to use, and perfect for stand-alone use, with a rating of up to 10 N.m. It is the ideal choice for the routine testing of a variety of closures and components due to its versatility as an automated torque tester.

Its twin-column design enables torque testing up to 10 N.m (90 lbf.in). An adjustable crosshead and sensor carriage provide the space to accommodate larger specimens up to 350 mm in height*.

Modern electronics and a variety of high-resolution precision Enhanced Torque Sensors (ETS) are integrated into the VortexPro Touch. Its remarkable 0.5% reading accuracy and 1:50,000 resolution allow for a wider range of tests to be run without changing torque sensors.

Live torque and angle readings, an intuitive front display, and accurate manual rotary table movement via the multifunction controller are all features of the VortexPro Touch. Colored LEDs provide visual cues to indicate the machine's status during testing.
