VortexPro Automated Top of the Range Torque Tester

The VortexPro, a premium torque tester, is operated using the VectorPro software from a computer.

The VortexPro, with its dual-column structure, enables torque testing up to 10N.m (90 lbf.in). The VortexPro includes an adjustable crosshead and sensor carriage, offering the capacity to test larger specimens up to 350 mm in height*.

The VortexPro incorporates state-of-the-art electronics and a range of high-resolution precision Enhanced Torque Sensors (ETS). With a reading accuracy of 0.5% and a resolution of 1:50,000, a broader range of tests can be performed without the need to switch torque sensors.

The VortexPro is equipped with an easy-to-use front panel, real-time torque and angle readings, and allows for precise manual positioning of the rotary table through its multifunction controller. With colored LEDs providing visual cues to indicate the machine's status during testing, the VortexPro ensures a seamless testing experience.
