VM-TIM was founded 2003 in Jena. The company is specializing in developing and manufacturing of optomechanical components and materials for industrial, scientific and educational applications. At present the activities of the company consist Our production facilities are located in Minsk, Belarus, and in Jena, Germany. We use raw materials both from EU and Russia, whereas we have links to specific raw materials and components from Russia e. g. like calcite, different types of laser crystals or holographic photoplates, which are not produced in Europe, and which we can deliver in raw and processed forms. Also we work close with optical and chemical research institutes, conduct constantly R&D projects and are always open for scientific challenge.
