UV-Vis Spectrophotometers - GENESYS™ 50

Thermo Fisher Scientific has introduced the Thermo Scientific™ GENESYS™ 50 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer that is robust and enables users to carry out standard measurements for quality control or to teach in the chemistry classroom.

This instrument is available in a single cell configuration and has been built with an inclined surface to shed spills and a washable sampling compartment for simple clean up.

Local control software (PC not required), optional Wi-Fi networking, as well as a 7-inch touchscreen interface all make the GENESYS™ 50 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer a perfect choice for everyday sampling.

The GENESYS™ 50, which is a dual-beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer available in a single-cell configuration, fulfills the entire specifications for accurate chemical measurements and critical quality control applications. This model has a data resolution of 0.2–5 nm.

The GENESYS 40 Vis Spectrophotometer is a visible option in the instrumental category. Both instruments have a data resolution ranging between 0.2 and 5 nm.
