UV and IR Interferometers for Optical Testing for Deep Ultraviolet to Far Infrared
The UV and IR Interferometers offered by ZYGO are capable of interferometric optical testing from deep ultraviolet to far infrared.
Optical applications are wide and varied. Testing at design wavelength is essential for system qualification and final alignment. DVD, lithographic and infrared imaging lenses require testing at design wavelength and represent widely-varying wavelength requirements.
ZYGO has long been recognized as a world leader in interferometeric testing, and has designed and manufactured several specially-equipped interferometer systems. These interferometer systems meet the most challenging requirements, ranging from the deep ultraviolet to the far infrared. The company also produces reference optics (transmission flats and transmission spheres) for these wavelengths.
The table given below lists the various wavelengths that are currently offered for ZYGO interferometers.
