The Calypso Still is ideal for small labs requiring pure water. It is simple to use and easy to operate, allowing users to dispense water directly or store it in a reservoir at a rate of either 2 or 4 L/hour. It can be mounted on a bench or wall, saving space and being reasonably priced.

Guaranteed Purity

The Calypso uses a specialized "cyclonic" vapor trap to create the purest distilled water possible, free of pyrogens, microorganisms, and organic or inorganic impurities. The Calypso achieves a "cyclonic" effect that removes vapor-borne droplets, guaranteeing that no impurities are transferred into the distilled water using the vapor trap design.

The Calypso is built entirely of borosilicate glass and features high-grade silicone rubber components and heating elements protected by silica, ensuring the purity of the distilled water.

Safe and Easy to Use

Many safety features on the Calypso are designed to safeguard both the operator and the machinery. The high-temperature cut-off will turn on during water outages to safeguard the heaters. In addition, all of the glassware is enclosed to protect the operator.

Users can decide the collection reservoir using the Reservoir Level Sensor. The Still turns off automatically after the water is filled. It alsoworks after the water is drawn from the reservoir.

Economy

A flow controller automatically controls the amount of cooling water for optimal efficiency. This feature enables the Still to operate effectively even when facing fluctuations in tap water pressures.
