True North Gems

True North Gems is a public junior exploration company dedicated to the exploration and development of coloured gemstone deposits in North America. Currently True North Gems’ assets include rubies in Greenland, sapphires on Baffin Island (Nunavut), and emeralds in the Yukon.

True North is currently focused on the Fiskenaesset Ruby Project in Greenland. Work on the project began in 2004, and our primary occurrence, Aappaluttoq, was discovered in 2005. Bulk sampling and diamond drilling have been completed on the property, and True North is currently engaged in the permitting process to develop Aappaluttoq into a ruby mine.
