Treasury Metals Inc. is a mineral exploration and development company with a growth orientated strategy to acquire and develop advanced gold assets in the Americas. The Company’s flagship asset, the 100% controlled Goliath Gold Project, contains over a million ounces of gold (2.0 g/t Au cut-off).

It is an advanced-stage, high-grade gold deposit near Dryden Ontario, with the potential for additional credits through silver, lead and zinc. In addition Treasury has the 100% owned Lara Polymetallic Project , an advanced-stage, high-grade zinc (gold-silver-lead-copper) project, located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

The company was formerly known as Divine Lake Exploration Inc. and changed its name to Treasury Metals Inc. in November 2007.
