Thermo Scientific™ MAX-Bev CO2 Purity Monitoring System

The Thermo Scientific MAX-Bev CO2 Purity Monitoring System is a fully automated system that uses advanced FTIR technology to examine carbonation streams for all gaseous contaminants.

The MAX-Bev CO2 Purity Monitoring System excels in simultaneously delivering precise measurements of CO2 absolute purity and detecting over 20 impurities down to parts per billion (ppb) levels, meeting the stringent standards set by the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) and the European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) .

Its sophisticated design offers comprehensive control over the input process gas streams across all stages of the carbonation process, including the delivery tanker, pre- and post-filtration phases, as well as zero gas and validation gas management.

MAX-Bev CO2 Purity Monitoring System Features

Common communication protocols for data logging are used for easy incorporation into existing plant designs.

Certificates of Analysis are easy to generate.

Impurities observed in the Bev-gas are quickly detected, speciated, and quantified.

It is the ideal system whenevercarbonation gases must be analyzed for impurities.

Total software control is maintained via the large front panel touchscreen or keyboard.
