The tough, portable Thermo Scientific^TM Gemini^TM Chemical Identification Analyzer supports operators in carrying out their missions in a timely, safe, and accurate manner by meeting the exacting standards of elite military and public safety organizations.

The Gemini Chemical Identification Analyzer is the only handheld device in the world that combines Raman and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopies into a single device. These two complementary spectroscopies improve a user's capacity to detect unfamiliar compounds in the field.

Because of the graphical interface, proficiency requires very little training. Even with protective gloves, operators may quickly browse functions using the resistive touch screen or the tactile keypad. The GeminiChemical Identification Analyzer has been certified to meet the most recent military standards for ruggedness, including drop, shock, vibration, temperature, immersion, and much more.
