Thermo Fisher Scientific 5014iQ Beta Attenuation Monitor

Thermo ScientificTM 5014iQ Beta Attenuation Monitor tracks TSP, PM-2.5, PM-10, and PM-1 levels in the surrounding air. A filter tape that moves automatically to a clean spot to collect PM samples minimizes the need for an attended operation. To help reduce particle loss, user-defined parameters like mass accumulation limits, flow rates, and continuous pattern advance to control the filter tape advance.

The device monitors the sample's conditions, removing moisture effects, adjusting the control system to only heat when needed, and ensuring that volatile aerosols are preserved for precise measurement.
