The T Series of TO-Can Laser Packages from Sheaumann
T Series TO-Can packages from Sheaumann provide users with continuous-wave, high power, single-modeand multimode options on industry-standard submounts.
The packages are hermetically sealed with AR-coated windows and also with a photodiode (optional). The proprietary laser chip design from Sheaumann provides unmatched quality and an extended lifetime. The wavelength emission range is 780 to 1070 nm with narrow tolerance options.
