The PBS-4100 PLUS is both flexible and powerful for industrial users. It can be used with the latest aviation turbofan, an aero-derivative gas turbine or a motor-driven pump in a power plant. It is extremely strong and rugged and saves almost half of the weight and size of previous PBS-4100 versions.

The system features a sealed outer case, passive cooling, and internal shock protection, so it can take the hits and work continuously. It simplifies the jobs of power plant engineers and aviation mechanics. The sophisticated electronics and software of the PBS-4100 PLUS streamline vibration testing, while its low weight and small size make it easy to handle.

The PBS-4100 PLUS can be used on any type of engine or aircraft to diagnose vibration problems, perform engine vibration surveys, and trim balance engines. Pre-programmed parameters for each engine model provide rapid set-up and ensure accurate data. Re-training or additional accessories are not required for users who already own an earlier model of the PBS-4100, as the new PBS- 4100 PLUS is fully compatible with all earlier PBS systems. Existing procedures, cables, and balancing coefficients will all work.

Vibration Diagnostics – The specific causes of engine vibration can be easily identified and repairs can be carried out quickly using the full-color vibration surveys and the spectrum analysis capabilities of the PBS-4100 PLUS.

Trim Balancing – With the Balancing Wizard, users can navigate through the trim balancing process with easy-to-follow instructions and graphics. Accurate weight solutions get the aircraft back into service quickly. Also, the PBS-4100 PLUS incorporates a 3-shot plot balance method to keep users flying when needed.
