The NanoScan Z 400 - Nanometer Repeatability on the Z axis with 200 µm of Movement

The NanoScanZ 400 from Prior Scientific is suitable for larger specimens, which cannot be accommodated by the NanoScan 100 and 200. It is much faster than an objective collar, and is capable of finishing all its movements within 20 ms.

The NanoScanZ 400 is compatible with Prior Scientific’s H117 and HLD117 stages, and can be adapted for use in a number of inverted microscopes. A wide range of inserts are available, allowing the handling a range of sample types.

The NanoScanZ series offer the end user accurate and fast nanometer level repeatability for movement in the Z axis. It is an ideal choice for very close inspection, three-dimensional reconstruction, and Z-stacking.
