The GOE-142MM, an Online Liposome Extrusion Device
As for the flow rate of the liposome extrusion process, the greater the membrane’s surface area, the higher the flow rate. The GOE-142MM is a pilot-scale liposomeextrusion system. It makes use of polycarbonate filter membranes with a large diameter of roughly 142 mm, which allow for a high flow rate and boost extrusion performance.

Liposome with PEGylated Lipids
The Genizer Online Extruder (GOE-142MM) that combine with a microfluidic homogenizer, such asthe NanoGenizer or HandGenizer. When the GOE-142MM is used in conjunction with the NanoGenizer homogenizer, researchers can decrease the number of passes required to attain a perfect liposome size distribution and desired particle sizes since the NanoGenizer system’s diamond interaction chamber will help pre-treat the liposome sample to the nanoscale.
