The Flagler Corporation

Roy G. Flagler founded The Flagler Corporation in October, 1949. Roy had previously held the position of Work Manager for a large machine tool company that produced machines for the HVAC industry. Harley Flagler, Roy's only son, and current President of The Flagler Corporation has been employed at the Flagler Corporation all of his adult life. Harley worked in the factory with many duties to familiarize himself with the full understanding of the business operation. Harley was Vice President of Engineering from the mid 1960's to the mid 1970's when he became President and General Manager.
