Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy
Shimadzu’s EDX-7200 fluorescence spectrometer features a high-resolution silicon drift detector (SDD) to gain a greater count rate and detection efficacy than earlier models. This adaptable device can handle small, large,solid, andpowdersamples. Options include a12-sample turret for automated continuous measurements, a vacuum measurement unit, and a helium purge device for extremely sensitive light element measurements.
