Telescopic Radial Stacker (Thor) from Rock Systems

The Telescopic Stacker (Thor), model T1 50-8 has the following product features:

It has a 36" wide x 150' long telescopic portable radial stacker capable of 800 tons per hour production

The Thor is equipped with telescopes from 88'-6" to 150' complete with 40 h.p. electric motor drive on the outer conveyor

It has twin 10 h.p. electric motor drives on the inner conveyor, CEMA "C" idlers; 3 ply belting, winch ratchet system, load equalizing systems, heavy duty undercarriage with swing arm axle assembly

The Thor has a 7.5 h.p. electric/hydraulic power package for undercarriage raise/lower

1.5 h.p. electric motor to operate the telescopic extend/retract

Twin 1.5 h.p. parallel helical gear motor drives for radial travel with quick release system

The stacker is equipped with a Nema 4 electrical control panel with Cutler Hammer touch screen and Allen Bradley SLC 500 processor to operate the conveyor in fully automatic mode or manual mode

Ultrasonic sensors, inductive proximity sensors, rock box receiving hopper, 5th wheel tow hitch, safety guards, field tow hitch, landing legs.
