Team Nanotec GmbH

Team Nanotec GmbH was founded in 1997 as an IBM Germany spin-off. Our team combines unique research and manufacturing skills with extensive experience in micro- and nanofabrication technology.

We have pioneered stencil mask technology and the batch fabrication of silicon SPM probe tips and tip characterizers. All major semiconductor and disk drive manufacturers take advantage of our high quality SPM probe tips. We also provide development and manufacturing of 3-D silicon MEMS components for electron beam systems, microfluidic-and microoptical devices.

Rapid prototyping and versatility is our key strength. Our headquarters and manufacturing facility with access to more than 600 square meters of class 10 to 100 cleanroom, with state-of-the-art 4" and 6" equipment, is located in the HSG-IMIT, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.
