Supreme 10HTF-1: Cryogenically Serviceable, Toughened Epoxy Adhesive/Sealant

With a cure schedule of 5-10 minutes at 300 °F or 15-20 minutes at 250 °F, Supreme 10HTF-1 is a one part system with easy processing ability and a smooth paste consistency. This formulation has an “unlimited” working life at room temperature and can be stored at 75 °F. It has fine dimensional stability, brilliant physical strength properties, and low shrinkage upon cure. It exhibits a tensile lap shear >3,200 psi and a T-peel strength of 20-25 pli. Most importantly, Supreme 10HTF-1 is a toughened system and is capable of withstanding aggressive thermal cycling as well as mechanical shock and vibration.

This system bonds well to many substrates such as metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers and several plastics. It is used in the aerospace, electronic, optical, specialty OEM and related industries where straightforward handling, fast curing and high performance are required.
