StaticStop ESD Flooring, based in Avon, MA, has been nationally recognized by environmental, recycling and ESD organizations for its innovative recycling technology and its ability to produce environmentally friendly, high-performance ESD flooring products.

Our company was founded in 1994 by Massachusetts Institute of Technology Chemical Engineer Tom Ricciardelli and former State Department of Environmental Protection attorney Michael King, as a manufacturer of plastic ESD flooring products made from post-consumer and post-industrial feedstocks.

Each year, millions of pounds of plastic scrap end up in landfills or incinerators because it is considered too dirty to have any commercial value. The cost of adequately separating and cleaning these materials so they can be used in manufacturing exceeds the cost of their virgin counterparts.

SelecTech's proprietary technology and equipment can convert these waste plastics into commercially viable ESD floor products at nearly half the cost of the competition, thereby making the use of recycled materials in high-performance ESD floor products possible.
