Standard Vacuum Mixer with Touch Panel

Thinky Mixer is a planetary centrifugal mixer with the ability to perform mixing as well as defoaming of materials, at the same time. The mixer supports an extensive range of applications from material development to production.

The ARV-310P mixer from THINKY Corporation is a newly launched vacuum mixer provided with vacuum decompression function, apart from the rotation and revolution mixing system. During operation, overflow is prevented, and submicron-level defoaming can be performed within a short period.

The device is supplemented with the communication function (RS-232C connection), thus allowing the use of an external terminal to perform recipe selection, recipe readout, and operation. Moreover, data such as this can be recorded each second, in terms of the number of rotations, thus enabling better traceability in the production process.
