Silex Microsystems is a company dedicated to providing groundbreaking customized solutions based on micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). We have the capabilities to reformulate a customer’s product concept and incorporate strategic MEMS technology to the product development. And we have the unrivalled manufacturing experience and quality performance to volume manufacturing of MEMS.

We have 60 employees – highly qualified, well experienced specialists who work closely with each and every customer to understand their specific business, application and needs.

We employ production processes that are second to none. These processes enable us to cost effective produce millions of uniform, high quality components for our customers. We integrate IC production techniques with special processes for constructing mechanical structures in order to control the production accuracy and meet the most rigorous standards of quality.

We work with over 60 customers in 14 countries, which range from large corporations to start-ups in biotech, medical, telecom, and other high-tech areas. The applications extend from devices for screening and diagnostic tests, solid and hollow micro needle areas for measurement of biosignals and drug delivery, pressure sensors and flow sensors, micro mirror arrays for imaging and optical switching, to cantilevers for various measurements, industrial printer nozzles, and substrates for mobile telephones.
