SAC manufactures both lead-based and lead free alloys. Our Pb solder spheres, which can be produced as small as .003” DIA, typically at tolerances of +/- .001,” are used in a wide variety of cryogenic applications where materials of high thermal inertia are required to create and maintain ultra high vacuum environments. This Pb based packing media is used to manufacture and repair cryopumps, cryocoolers, displacers, and GM cryorefrigerators among others. They are ideal for all different types of cryogenic refrigeration systems, even MRI machines. Our Lead-free alloys are used in applications ranging from preforms as jointing components for special material soldering on electrical circuitry, to automotive fuses.

All materials are verified for purity and analyzed for consistency from trusted material providers and all come complete with Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Analysis to verify chemical analysis and purity.
