SAXSpoint 5.0 uses a bright X-ray beam with exceptional spectral purity and scatter-free beam collimation. Strong microsource or MetalJet X-ray sources and high-performance optics produce good results in extremely short exposure durations.
Combined with the most recent hybrid photon-counting (HPC) detectors, it provides high-quality SAXS/WAXS/GISAXS/USAXS/RheoSAXS findings for investigating nanostructured materials. This configuration achieves excellent resolution, resolving structures up to 620 nm (USAXS up to µm range) with its class's most compact system size (3.6×0.9 m).

SAXSpoint 5.0 includes a moving detector, Slidemaster, which allows for entirely automated X-ray scattering experiments across a very large q-range. Obtain SAXS and WAXS data in one step without needing to realign the apparatus. Simply shifting the detector allows users to select the optimal q-range for each experiment, ranging from the greatest SAXS resolution to a wide WAXS regime.
SAXSpoint 5.0 offers automatic beamstop positioning and selection to assist with measurement. Windowless and beamstop-less measurements are possible since they incorporate the most recent EIGER2 R detectors.

The SAXSpoint 5.0 lab system includes typical automation of regular procedures to speed up measurement. SAXSpoint 5.0 includes Stagemaster, which automatically aligns all X-ray components and sample stages, identifies which stage is used, and configures the system accordingly.
This provides the best possible result for your measuring setup. Automate the sample throughput with the low-volume autosampler for liquids, which can hold up to 192 samples and has a temperature-controlled well plate chamber for sample cooling and heating during storage.

SAXS data analysis is complicated. SAXSdrive™ and SAXSanalysis™ software solutions provide the most user-friendly experience for obtaining findings. They offer automated routine procedures such as measurement setup and alignment, as well as complete data analysis. Set up serial measurements, useautomatic sampling, temperature scanning, and time-dependent research, and analyze the 1D and 2D data sets with configurable templates.
SAXSanalysis™ uses established methods to determine characteristics such as radius of gyration (RG), particle size, Porod constant, specific surface, and Kratky plot.
