RP Photonics Consulting GmbH is an independent company, providing competent technical consulting services in the area of photonics. The topical areas include lasers and amplifiers, nonlinear optics, fiber optics, ultrashort pulses, multilayer optics, fluctuations and noise. The main customer groups are

RP Photonics is owned and run by the founder himself, Dr. Rüdiger Paschotta. He is committed to highest professional standards in all respects, and regularly receives a very high level of customer satisfaction.

RP Photonics does not buy or sell any optical hardware. It offers independent advice also concerning selection of hardware and does not accept provisions in order to maintain its independence. The company does not run an own laser laboratory, but has various contacts with laboratories where joint development projects including the fabrication of prototypes are possible.
