Roger K. Sherman Company have been serving the semiconductor, magnetic head and biomedical industries since 1962 and specialize in the manufacture, measurement and N.I.S.T. traceable certification of optical microscope calibration standards.

In the early 1970¡¦s we introduced the first Line Width Calibration Standards for use in the semiconductor, biomedical and magnetic head industries. These standards have found a home in most semiconductor facilities around the world and have become the standard for that industry.

Today we remain the leader in this field and have expanded our services to include the measurement and certification of disk drive magnetic heads, customer-supplied standards as well as the re-certification of our own standards and those manufactured elsewhere. Our standards are traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards & Technology (N.I.S.T.) and are usually in stock.
