Reynolds CC Group

We are named after, and inspired by, the pioneering work of the great 19th century engineer Osborne Reynolds, whose two principal papers on turbulent flow established the direction of research in Engineering Fluid Mechanics for the next century.

Now we honour and develop his work. We provide 3 services that meet to the very highest standards the need for component parts to work better and longer. These are:

A flushing service, based in our ISO8 Cleanroom, incorporating a reverse osmosis system, using de-ionised water in the final flush, giving all of our clients the type of cleanliness previously only associated with the likes of Formula One

A design and build service, creating bespoke flushing rigs on site, providing self-sufficiency for clients wanting to manage this process to the highest standards in-house

A consultancy and training service, undertaking audits, providing consultancy support and/or delivering training according to client need

We base every aspect of every process on the scientific research and knowledge that enables us to pursue purity rather than just cleanliness. Working in close collaboration with our strategic and technical partners – experts all in their associated fields – we provide the very highest levels of quality and attention-to-detail every step of the way. From establishing baseline levels of cleanliness, and sharing these findings with clients through a detailed report before even beginning the cleaning process, to the most ultra clean packaging possible at the end, we are committed to the highest levels of service and results possible.
