31P is a completely natural nucleus that exists abundantly in many organic compounds. Reaction Monitoring
It takes 5h for oxidation of triphenylphosphine into triphenylphosphine sulfide. Monitoring the reaction is simple due to the clean separation and minimum number of peaks in the spectrum.
