Rache Corporation is a laser application firm specializing in thin-material laser cutting, laser welding and laser marking. Common methods of fabricating precise shapes from thin material includes chemical etching, die-stamping, machining or wire EDM.

Rache developed a thin material cutting process to fabricate thin-material shapes from foils up to 0.060” thick in ferrous materials. Non-ferrous thicknesses range from foils up to 0.030” thick. Inside corner radii can be held to 0.001” and holes can be drilled down to 0.001” in diameter, depending upon the material.

Nearly any metal can be cut including gold, silver, platinum, titanium, Kovar®, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, super alloys, acrylics, Teflon®, Delrin®, Kapton®, gasket material and many others.

In addition, our CAD-to-motion process allows for easy changes to prototype designs without the need for new tooling. The typical lead time is 3 to 4 working days for short run production. Same day service is available.
