ProofCert was founded on two basic core values, Honesty and Integrity. While we know there are many elements to a successful business, honesty and integrity must remain the focus of every minute. We realize how important it is for our customers to feel confident about their investment or choice of equipment service provider.

ProofCert was launched in 2017 under the direction of Charles Lynch and Tina Box. They also purchased Roberts Calibration Inc. at that time. Together, they spent many years in the testing equipment sales and service industry.

Charles spent most of his life leading the manufacture of structural and mechanical assemblies. He first started in the testing industry by building testing machines and wire rope grips for Roberts Testing Equipment beginning in 1998. Charles continued to oversee the production of this equipment for the next 13 years. in 2011, he would go to work for AJT Equipment USA where he would learn every other aspect of the mechanical testing industry. Following the decision of AJT Equipment USA to withdraw from the US marketplace, Charles saw an opportunity to fill a hole in the marketplace by launching a new venture. This vision would become known as ProofCert in the Fall of 2017. A deal was reached for ProofCert to acquire the former assets of AJT Equipment USA.

Charles has a deep-seated passion to manufacture the best mechanical testing systems in the marketplace. He knows this will be realized by building a team of individuals that share similar values.
