Automatic flaw tracking

In case a deviation from previously defined standard parameters occurs, PROMEX IL automatically informs subsequent line elements such as the marking unit, tipping trough or stapler so that by way of the flaw tracking feature the non-conforming section can be sorted out.

PROMEX IL effects a 100 % quality control during production. Corrections can be made early which considerably reduces scrap rates. Line operators must not go to separate measuring spots to have a selected piece measured and to obtain information on the present production quality. This saves time.
