Portal Resources Ltd.

Portal Resources Ltd. is pursuing unconventional oil and gas opportunities in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, with two joint ventures for the exploration and development of known hydrocarbon bearing shale and sand/shale formations in Alberta and is evaluating the acquisition of a portfolio of other prospects in Alberta and Saskatchewan. To gain exposure to high value demand-driven international markets, the Company is also evaluating conventional oil and gas opportunities in other parts of the world.
